Myofascial Release (MFR) involves holding systemic pressure on target specific areas in order to relieve pain, improve range of motion, increase circulation, and promote healing. The sounds are created using instruments like Tibetan singing bowls and crystal singing bowl which have a range from 20Hz-14Khz frequency spectrum. These sound waves can be used in combination with other therapies such as massage, meditation or yoga to enhance the healing process.

Massage therapy is the application of using hands, forearms, or feet to apply pressure on the body's soft tissues. It eases clients who are experiencing pain or discomfort, as well as those looking for relaxation through massages that focus more heavily on muscles and joints. The benefits of massage therapy increase significantly when consistent treatments help to move lymph, plasma and blood around the body to build immunity, decreases inflammation and may help with insomnia-like patterns. Massage is known to help relax one's mind, improves flexibility, and reduces stress.
